Giving Back and Building Talent

At CNC Solutions, we understand that in order to keep manufacturing growing, communities and job creators need to focus on building up a talent pipeline of STEM-educated people. In order to help fill the skills gap here in Wisconsin, CNC Solutions works together with local school districts to encourage children to explore STEM subjects and future careers, while also providing continuing education for anyone interested in our automation classes and workshops.

Community Collaboration

In addition to working directly with teachers and students, CNC Solutions also collaborates with other industry professionals with the same goals in mind: to prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s manufacturing economy, and to educate the current workforce on new opportunities for advancement. Our team regularly sponsors community forums and discussions alongside fellow manufacturing leaders in order to achieve these goals.
